About Melby, Cameron & Anderson:
Melby, Cameron & Anderson is an association management firm founded in 1978. Its principal operations involve full management services for a number of trade and professional societies on local, state, regional and national levels. We have built a reputation as "association builders" over the past three decades, bringing a high level of expertise, professionalism, creativity, energy and loyalty to the organizations we manage.
In addition to full management services, our staff provides specialized consulting in the areas of board orientation, team-building, leadership training, strategic planning,marketing and communications consulting. We serve client organizations throughout the United States. Our marketing communications department has won a number of awards and is skilled in periodicals, event promotion materials, graphic art and web site design.

Members and clients are the purpose of our work. They are not interruptions of it. Members are not dependent on us - we are dependent on them. The same is true of co-workers seeking assistance from us in serving our clients. We are all part of the same team, working for the same goals.
We take personal responsibility to ensure that all clients, members, potential members and co-workers receive a timely, efficient and courteous response to their needs. Everyone - in every position - represents the company and presents to others an image of who we are and what we do.
It is our goal not just to meet, but to exceed, our clients' expectations. We take pride in our work and we pledge to do what we believe is right - with honesty and integrity - and we'll acknowledge and fix things when they go wrong. We know that attitudes are contagious and pledge to maintain a winning attitude.
